Before and after
Without the tool
Before price even comes up, a customer needs to know if you can do their job at all. Right now that is a manual review: someone looks at the specs and decides yes or no, and the customer waits in line behind everyone else. Jobs you cannot do still eat review time.
With the tool
The customer submits their specs and the tool checks them against your real constraints, instantly. They get a clear yes, no, or here is what would need to change. Only jobs you can actually do reach your team, and nobody waits days to learn you cannot help.

FAQ
Common questions
Your real constraints. We build in the rules that decide whether you can take a job: your specs, tolerances, materials, sizes, capabilities, whatever a person currently checks by hand. The customer submits their details and the tool tests them against those rules, returning a yes, a no, or what would need to change.
They answer different questions, so you may want both. A feasibility checker says whether you can do the job at all; a quote tool says what it costs. Feasibility comes first to filter out work you cannot take, then a price for the jobs that pass. Some businesses need only one.
The tool handles that on purpose. Instead of a blunt yes or no, it can return what would need to change to make a job workable, or flag it for your team to review. Borderline cases are where a person still adds value, so we route them to you rather than guessing.
Usually before. Feasibility is the first gate: it filters out work you cannot take so those jobs never reach your team or a quote. It can live on the same page a customer starts from, and pass the jobs that qualify straight into your quoting or intake, so nothing is checked twice.
Businesses with real limits on what they can take on, where those limits follow rules a person applies by hand. Fabrication, machining, and specialized services are common. If deciding a job needs an expert eye every time and cannot be reduced to constraints, a checker would give false answers and is not the fit.
